Leadership

Oversees the Party work of the School, covering Party building, work related to cadres and ideological and political education of faculty and staff, improvement of Party conduct, upholding integrity, security, stability, confidentiality, united front work, and publicity. Also oversees the work of the Trade Union and Faculty Congress, retirement affairs, the development of academic journals, and the construction of an independent knowledge system.

Oversees the ideological and political education of students, student affairs management (including employment), work of the Communist Youth League, and mental health education; assists with publicity and alumni affairs.

On secondment; not participating in the division of duties.

Oversees the administrative work of the School, covering discipline development, human resources, faculty recruitment, finance, administrative resources, and alumni affairs.

Oversees academic master's and doctoral education, scientific research work, international and domestic accreditation and evaluation, and international cooperation and exchange.

Oversees undergraduate education, laboratory and information technology development.

Oversees industry-academia-research collaboration.

Oversees professional degree programs.

Assists with the MBA and DBA programs, and industry-academia-research collaboration.

Assists with undergraduate education.

Assists with international and domestic accreditation and evaluation, and international cooperation and exchange.

Assists with innovation and entrepreneurship education.
