Assistant Professor Chen Xiaole's Research Results Published in

Assistant Professor Chen Xiaole from the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University, recently published a research paper entitled "Omnichannel Services: The False Premise and Operational Remedies", in the top international journal Management Science as the corresponding author, with Professor Opher Baron from the University of Toronto, Canada and Professor Yang Li from the University of Western Ontario, Canada as co-authors. Management Science is the highest level journal in the field of Management Science. It is also the first time that management science of our university has published a paper in Management Science with Sun Yat-sen University as the signed unit, which is of great significance to the construction of Management Science and engineering disciplines of our university.
