Zeng Tao - Deputy Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of Guangzhou Municipal Government, and His Delegation Visited Our School for Cooperation and Exchanges

On the afternoon of April 22, Zeng Tao, - Deputy Director of SASAC of Guangzhou Municipal Government visited our school for discussions and exchanges on deepening cooperation. Professor Wang Fan - Dean of our school, Professor Xie Manhua - Secretary of the Party Committee, Professor Liu Jingyan - Associate Dean, and Professor Zheng Guojian – Associate Dean attended the symposium.

Dean Wang Fan gave a detailed introduction on the construction achievements of business administration discipline of our school, industry-university-research cooperation model, and the research and practice of "party building and enterprise development". Zeng Tao - Deputy Director of SASAC of Guangzhou Municipal Government, introduced the basic situation of municipal enterprises and said that the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University has produced a large number of talents for the enterprises. He hoped that the two parties could strengthen exchanges in management strategy research, talent employment services, deepening the integration of industry and education and university-enterprise cooperation, and actively explore the establishment of long-term cooperation mechanism. Participants also had heated and in-depth discussions on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, new models of industry-university-research cooperation and talent sharing mechanism.

The discussions and exchanges have achieved good results. Both parties agreed that they would further explore the potential  and stimulate the vitality of cooperation, and promote university-enterprise cooperation to achieve new results and reach a new level. Everyone is full of expectations for further negotiations and future cooperation.
