The Publicity Department of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Guangdong Social Sciences Association announced the decision to commend the 4th Outstanding Social Scientist of Guangdong Province. Professor Li Xinchun was awarded the title of "Outstanding Social Scientist of Guangdong Province" after expert review and approval by Guangdong philosophy and Social Science Planning Leading Group.
