Documentary by Practice | Measure the Countryside with Footsteps and Help the Rural Revitalization

Recently, the social practice service team led by Xie Manhua - Party Secretary, and Professor Zheng Guojian - Vice President of the School of Business, went to Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province to carry out summer social practice activities.

During the activity, the social practice service team of the School of Business actively carried out visits and research activities. The team members were divided into four research groups, led by doctors and masters, to conduct in-depth research on industry, party building, finance and rural revitalization in the Lianhua Cooperative of Zhushi Village, Chaoyang Village, Wayao Village and Fengyuan Community in Mashi Town.

Through research and field interviews, the social practice team has learned about the tremendous changes in economic construction, industrial development, people’s lives, spiritual culture, etc. since the start of poverty alleviation work, as well as the bottleneck rural industry development, dilemma of developing revolution tourism resources and various problems faced by the development of collective economy. By collecting information and data, analyzing, researching and sorting out, the team members put forward specific and detailed solutions, and held a survey feedback meeting, which was affirmed and recognized by related enterprises and villages of Mashi Town where the researched industry locates.
